Through its restaurant, La Cantine de Candie (link to La Cantine), the Château celebrates Savoyard traditions with dishes created from local, seasonal produce.
The menu, meticulously crafted by our chef, Badara Gueye, is a daily invitation to discovery and indulgence.

A multi-faceted artist, Badara Gueye creates colourful dishes that surprise and comfort in equal measure. Mastering the art of elevating carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, he delights guests with signature creations such as grilled octopus leg or lamb shoulder with tapenade.

After a memorable meal, the chef’s creativity extends beyond the kitchen. Also a painter, his boundless imagination is revealed in a permanent exhibition of moving works imbued with hope and humanity.

Taste the wines from our estate and elsewhere

The chef’s cuisine, inspired by flavours both local and from further afield, is complemented by a wide selection of wines and Champagnes, carefully chosen to pair perfectly with the dishes on our menu.
The flagship product of our estate, Candie wine, comes from the vineyard you see as soon as you enter the château grounds. This Viognier, with its pale, golden hue, is a true expression of the terroir.

It can be enjoyed during a picnic in the château gardens, by the pool, or at our restaurant, La Cantine de Candie.

Our Champagne and oyster bar has a modern and striking style. It is the ideal place to meet up with friends or colleagues.
When the weather is fine, the terrace offers a bucolic view of the gardens and the Château’s fountain.

It’s the perfect opportunity to sit on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine, an alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail and a gourmet platter to share.

The Château de Candie has all the space and services you need to organise your private or professional events. The fully equipped rooms can accommodate up to 120 people.
