Enter the kitchens of the Orangery, put on your apron and put yourself in the shoes of a chef from the Château de Candie. With the help of our chef, you will make a gourmet dish. The chef will then make the dessert with your help. You will have the opportunity to discuss with him the techniques as well as the particularities of the recipe.
You will then have the pleasure of tasting the menu in the company of the chef, consisting of a starter prepared by him, your dish and the dessert made during the workshop.
To accompany your menu, we offer a tasting of wines from the region. They will be specially chosen by our sommelier who will be there to introduce you to tasting and introduce you to the best wines.
